Sometimes, I find myself dreaming about my prayers and praying about my dreams. Do you ever do that? I have about 5 dreams I am chasing after (and praying for) before I croak. Today, I thought we could share one dream with each other--but more importantly--give each other the courtesy of praying for them. I'll leave my prayer-dream-request in the comments below. Join me!

I dream of seeing my boys grow into adults and be men of character who love and follow God.
What's your dream? I'll pray for it and you.

I dream to have a good relationship with a man that leads to a good marriage. Right now I have no man. I've been praying this dream for years and thought I found the one for me but then recently it took a turn for the worse. The funny part is that last night I dreamed this man and I were in a relationship so I don't know what to pray anymore.

As a parent, that He uses me to help teach and help show my kids true love in Jesus.
As wife, that he helps me in our marriage to mirror the gospel, a model built on sacrifice, love and forgiveness.
As a child of christ, that he uses me to help his children grow into his likeness and that he empowers me to restore the poor, suppressed and
Lost to a life with dignity and purpose grounded in Him, complete restoration.

I fear my dream of having a child is slipping away; I will be 47 this year and that was a dream I always had, along with of course being married. It's a prayer/dream that seems like it's slipping away; and i confess this scares me.

I dream God puts a "Man of God" in my life for me to grow closer to God, to love Janiya (my daughter) as if she's his own, to be a father figure in her life, to enjoy marriage with me, to become one with us as a family, to accept my past & future mistakes & to LOVE me for me. I pray & pray, will never stop!! He's out there somewhere, I'll meet him on God's timing. Blessings to all!

My dream is to see my kids grow to love God. This dream is something that I have to remind myself of EACH and every day. It takes intentionality as a parent (hard - but always worth it).

My dreams have changed throughout my life. I've only had two BIG dreams. The first dream that took root in my heart started when I was 16. When others were thinking of graduation from high school, and starting their education in college or in the work force, and even through traveling, I was dreaming of a future wife, and children to form a family that would love each other unconditionally.

Fast forward 13 years, and I dreamt about, thought about, and constantly spoke about the ONE dream that has superceded all others. The dream of speaking and sharing, and taking the message of the Good News of Christ wherever, however, whenever God calls me, and delivers me to do it. It is simply the only thing I think about now.

It's amazing how the Word of God spoken by the One who is the Word; Jesus, tells us that when we seek the Kingdom of God and live righteously everything else will be given onto us. I have come to the grand realization (revelation) that all things in His beautiful love story to us all, is in Spirit for His Truth.

So, for my original dream of having a wife, children, and a family I have been graciously given the priviledge and honor to have, through my love for the Lord's bride (the church). Through His Bride, and my love to serve the church by Words through speech, and writing, and spreading God's Word as I do life with them, I have been given a wife, and children to love unconditionally, and be loved by unconditionally. Isn't that awesome? When God impressed this into my heart, everything else simply melted away, and I really started to breathe and live.

I am forever humbled by our Father's desire to give us our dreams, according to His riches and glory in Christ our Lord. Now, all day I'm looking forward to see the "Wife," and the "Children," He has placed before me.

A dream come through...Oh how I pray God will answer all your payers according to His Will, and that He will ease the hearts, and minds of those who have not seen a prayer come to past. May God continue to put all things in place in all your lives, in order to receive the beautiful gifts He has in store for you all that await you over the horizon.

Thank you all for sharing your hearts, and you have all been lifted up to our Sovereign King, our loving Father, who is mighty to SAVE, AND ALWAYS LOVE.

Thank you FUNK, for your beautiful post, sharing your heeart, and including us in this intimacy, for us before God.

All my love in Christ our Lord!

I have several: 1 - for my son to grow up and be the man that God wants him to be. He is such a special child and he LOVE's the Lord. 2. for my marriage to be unshaken by things going on around us and we can get the spark back that we had when we first met and show each each other EVER LASTING LOVE. 3- That we can own our own business that is totally directed by Gods will--allowing me to be home to create a balance for my family so we can have FUN!. 4. THAT I CAN DREAM AGAIN!
