MY "DRUGS" AS I GET OLDER

Yep, I'm getting older & with that comes 1) acceptance! But also a few "drugs" that I thought I'd share with you, in case you're getting older too. :)  In the pic, here, is my Yogi Stress Relief tea. I carry it with me in my purse & sip it at night on days that are, well, stressful. Another drug I take is a real Rx for depression. It's called Abilify (not pic'ed here). Lastly, the BioSil you see here is something I started taking about 4 years ago. It is for Hair, Skin & Nails. These capsules have done a good job of helping me with these 3 areas, as I get crustier (uh, older).  All this to say that it goes back to my #1--acceptance. We can not stop getting older so just roll into it & enjoy!

Wow! Thanks for the open share...yup, might be getting a bit "crusty", too. How well does the tea work?
I came across your blog through L&LI/twitter, looking forward to meeting everyone in Nashville!

I can assure you that most women would not say you appear to be getting crustier. Regardless, you are wise to take care of yourself :)

One other suggestion from someone a little older than you. Pro-Biotics! They get rid of the bad bacteria in your colon while maintaining the healthy ones. My Dr is a huge fan of these. The brand he recommended is OTC and called Align.
