3 TIPS IF YOU'RE A WORK-OUT HATER LIKE ME
I am hardly the excited, whoo-hoo worker-outer. As a matter of fact, I dread it. BUT! I still do it. Here are 3 tips that help keep me in the game, well in the gym, anyway...
1) Before going to bed at night, I lay out my workout clothes. This is good motivation for the next day.
2) As soon as I wake up, even before putting in my contacts, I put on my workout clothes. Again, reinforces the motivation.
3) I don't do what I "have" to do, I do what I like to do. If I wake up & it's a totally beautiful morning, I DON'T go to the gym, rather, I walk or run outside. On other days, if I wake up & feel flabby in a certain area, take my tum for example, I'll go to the gym & do things that target that: an abs class, a pilates class, or ab machines.Well, it's certainly not an exhaustive list, but hopefully helps motivate someone out there today.
